When you submit a plant suggestion through our suggestion form, you may provide:
- Plant name and care details you choose to share
- Your email address, if you choose to include it
Providing your email address is entirely optional. If you do not include it, your suggestion is still received and reviewed anonymously.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect basic technical information about your visit including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data is used for performance monitoring and security purposes. You can review Vercel's privacy practices at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We may also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand general traffic patterns such as page views and visit counts. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or track you across sites.

- Review plant suggestions and add new plants to our library
- Contact you (if you provided your email) when your suggested plant is added
- Monitor and improve the performance and security of the Site

Email and third-party services
Plant suggestions submitted through our form are transmitted via Resend, an email delivery service. Your submission data passes through Resend's servers solely to deliver the message to us. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Once received, your submission is stored only in our email inbox and is not added to any database or marketing list.
Cookies
The Site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel may set technical cookies necessary for the Site to function correctly.
Data retention
Plant suggestion emails are retained in our inbox for as long as needed to review and act on the submission. If you provided your email address and would like your submission deleted, you can contact us at the address below.
Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your rights
If you provided your email address through our suggestion form and would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information, please contact us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
